| Cancellation Policy We require a two night deposit (the nightly rate for the unit) to hold your reservation. You have 10 days to get your deposit in --- it is non-refundable and you are responsible for the reservation. If you leave early or cancel - your deposit is forfeited. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances arise -- if this should occur, when we have booked your dates and the reservation is completed you will be refunded your deposit less 10%. |
| Minimum Stay Requirements Peak Season (Mid-June to Mid-August) ---6 Night Minimum Stay with Check-In on Saturday or Sunday--- Off Peak Season (May to Mid-June and then again Mid-August through September) ---3 Night Minimum Stay--- * Vacation Homes have a 6 night minimum stay all season * If minimum stay requirements are not met there will be an additional cleaning fee attached. Extra Person Charge of $20 For each person over the advertised maximum for each unit. |
